Elite Core (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy applies to personal data we collect through KSP (the “Portal”) and related services. We process personal data in line with applicable data protection and privacy laws in the UAE.

Identity & contact details — name, date of birth, gender, nationality, email, phone, and address.
Application & academic data — qualifications, transcripts, identification documents, and supporting files you upload.
Enrolment & payment data — programmes selected, fees, and payment information processed through our payment providers.
Coursework & assessment data — assignments, results, attendance, and communications with support.

Information we collect automatically

Usage & device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and activity on the Portal, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties

Where relevant, we may receive data from partner institutions, awarding bodies, sponsors, or payment providers to administer your studies.

3- How we use your information

To process applications, admissions, and enrolment.
To deliver programmes, assessments, and academic support.
To process payments and manage fees.
To issue letters, transcripts, and certificates through the relevant awarding body.
To communicate with you about your account, studies, and important updates.
To operate, secure, and improve the Portal.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation obligations.
To send you information about other programmes, where you have agreed to receive it.

4- Legal bases for processing

We process personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you (delivering your programme), to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Portal, or on the basis of your consent — for example, for optional marketing or certain cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5- Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Portal. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Portal works. Where required, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies.

6- How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

Service providers — hosting, payment processing, communications, and analytics partners who act on our instructions;
Awarding and accrediting bodies — to register you and issue your academic records and certificates;
Partner institutions or sponsors — where relevant to your enrolment or funding;

We require third parties to protect your data and to use it only for the agreed purposes.

7- International data transfers

Some of our providers or partners may be located outside the UAE. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with applicable law.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including to deliver your programme, maintain academic records, and meet legal, accreditation, and accounting requirements. Academic records may be retained on a long-term basis so that qualifications can be verified in future. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and staff confidentiality obligations — to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request deletion of your data in certain circumstances;

11- Children & minors

Where a Programme is open to applicants under the age of majority, we collect and process their data only with appropriate consent from a parent or guardian, and we limit such processing to what is necessary to deliver the Programme.

The Portal may contain links to external sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy notices.

13- Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed. We will notify you of significant changes through the Portal or by email.
