These terms govern your access to and use of the portal, including applying to, enrolling in, and studying educational programmes and courses.
By accessing or using Elite Core (the “Portal”), creating an account, or enrolling in any programme or course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.
If you are using the Portal on behalf of an organisation or a minor, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.
“We”, “us”, “our” means KAP, the operator of the Portal.
“You”, “User”, “learner” means any person who accesses or uses the Portal.
“Programme” or “Course” means any educational offering made available through the Portal.
“Content” means all materials on the Portal, including text, lectures, videos, assessments, documents, and software.
“Account” means the personal account you create to use the Portal.
“Awarding body” means the institution or authority responsible for issuing a certificate, qualification, or academic record for a given Programme.
To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. You must meet the specific entry requirements stated for each Programme. We may decline, suspend, or cancel a registration that does not meet these requirements or that contains inaccurate information.
Where a Programme is open only to applicants of a certain age, you confirm that you meet that requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your Account. Do not share your account or allow others to use it. Notify us immediately at info@elitecore.ae if you suspect any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Applications are assessed against published criteria, and admission decisions are made at our discretion or that of the relevant awarding body. You are responsible for the authenticity of any documents you upload; submitting false or misleading documents may result in refusal or cancellation without refund.
Fees for each Programme are displayed before you enrol. By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees in full, in accordance with the payment terms shown at checkout. Fees may be payable in a single amount or in instalments where offered.
Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude any taxes, bank charges, or government or attestation fees, which are your responsibility. We may update fees for future enrolments at any time; changes do not affect a Programme you have already paid for.
Refund and cancellation terms are set out at the point of enrolment and in any Programme-specific policy. Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once access to a Programme has been granted. Where a refund applies, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
We may cancel or reschedule a Programme; if we cancel a Programme before it begins, you may choose a transfer or a refund of fees paid for that Programme.
On successful enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the relevant Content for your own educational use for the duration of the Programme. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, sell, or publicly share Content except where expressly permitted. Access may be time-limited and may end when the Programme concludes.
When using the Portal, you agree not to:
break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
upload harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Portal;
share, resell, or reproduce Content without permission;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
post unlawful, offensive, harassing, or misleading material; or
use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Portal.
You agree to uphold academic honesty in all assessments and submissions. Plagiarism, cheating, contract cheating, falsifying results, or helping others do so may lead to failure, removal from a Programme, or withholding of a certificate, in addition to any other remedies. You also agree to treat staff and fellow learners with respect.
All Content and the Portal itself, including its design, text, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 8, no rights are granted to you. Work you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it as needed to deliver, assess, and administer your Programme.
Letters, transcripts, certificates, and other academic documents are issued by the relevant awarding body once you have met all academic and financial requirements. Issuance timelines depend on that body. We do our best to keep your records accurate; please report any error promptly so it can be corrected. We may withhold documents where fees remain unpaid or where academic-integrity matters are unresolved.
The Portal may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, payment processors or video providers). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Portal, or change Programme content and schedules, for maintenance, improvement, or operational reasons.
The Portal and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Portal will be error-free or secure. Educational outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Programme is limited to the amount of fees you paid for that Programme. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Portal, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms the Portal or other users. You may stop using the Portal at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply.
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Portal, you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when. Significant changes will be notified through the Portal or by email. Continuing to use the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@elitecore.ae or Dubai- al garhoud.
